Mentoring helps nursing students develop their talents and improve their skills. Mentoring is coaching, listening, advising, and maintaining a relationship, generally with a nursing student who is less experienced than the mentor. Mentoring is a proven method for developing the skills and potential ability needed by the student to sucessfully complete nursing programs.
